Add some variety to a family road trip with a car scavenger hunt list, noting items to try and spot along the way.
Play as teams... girls versus boys... parents versus kids... right side versus left side... or play as individuals... every man woman and child for themselves.
Everyone team or individual gets a printed copy of the car scavenger hunt. The team/individual to spot each item on the list first gets credit for it. Other teams/individuals have to wait for a second scenario to occur. Eg. If team 1 spots a car with a bobblehead first they can cross it off their list. Other teams will have to wait to find another car with a bobblehead.
A bobblehead A clock on a building Someone jogging A flashing light An animal crossing the road An automobile billboard ad Someone talking on a cell phone A "For Sale" sign A limousine A licence plate that spells a word or name A chicken restaurant Litter A u-turn sign A red motorcycle A fallen tree branch A yellow pickup truck A radio tower A blue house A vehicle with at least 5 passengers An American flag A coffee shop Graffiti Someone on a ladder A playground A hospital sign
Add an extra dimension of fun to this travel scavenger hunt by randomly writing the above items on the squares of blank bingo cards and play travel bingo.
